Green tea to lose weight

I mentioned once a calender I have that shows useful tips daily, and today I want to share an advice about Green tea with you.
It is known that Green tea is able to increase your metabolism, to burn fat and calories in a natural and gentle way. It seems that drinking Green tea during lunch or dinner reduces significantly the absorption of fat. For example, if you have red meat for lunch or cheese for dinner, take a glass of concentrated Green tea and you will absorbe less calories and you will eliminate up to the double of fat and more than 60% of cholesterol!
