Russian Salad in Spain?

Being in Spain or enjoying any Spanish restaurant, I'm sure that you also wondered why one of the most typical dishes is called "Ensaladilla rusa" = "Russian Salad"). So I searched in Wikipedia and I get the following answer: its name comes from a French Chef who worked in one of the most famous restaurants in Moscow (Restaurant Hermitage) during the 1860's. It is also known like "Olivier Salad" due to its creator: Lucien OlivierHow does it come to be a traditional dish in Spain? Who knows...
