Interest in becoming a hunter of mosquitos?

A few days ago, I was surfing in the Internet and I discovered an interesting website: the Mosquito Atlas of Germany.

This is a new project of the Leibniz Zentrum für Landwirtschaftsforschung (ZALF) e.V. (Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research) in cooperation with the Friedrich-Loeffler-Institut, Bundesforschungsinstitut für Tiergesundheit (Friedrich-Loeffler-Institute, Federal Research Institute for Animal Health). This project is the result of the apparently little scientific background knowledge about the distribution and abundance of mosquitoes in Germany. It seems to me very interesting and a little bit funny as ANYONE can join in  hunting and therefore giving help to the investigation! If you live in Germany or in case you will spend some time there: Let's go hunting!
