Grüner Tee zum schlank werden

Eine Freundin von mir schenkte mir für 2012 einen Kalender mit nützlichen Tipps für den Alltag, und da las ich etwas interessantes über Grünen Tee, der bekannt ist für seine natürliche und sanfte Eigenschaft, den Stoffwechsel, Kalorienverbrauch und Fettverbrennung zu erhöhen. Anscheinend bremst das Trinken von Grünem Tee während des Essens deutlich die Aufnahme von Fett. Wenn Du zum Beispiel bei einer Mahlzeit mit rotem Fleisch oder einem Abendessen mit Käse ein Glas konzentrierten Grünen Tees trinkst, kann das bedeuten, dass Du wesentlich weniger Kalorien aufnimmst. Du scheidest bis zu zweimal so viel Fett und 60% mehr Cholesterin aus!

Green tea to lose weight

I mentioned once a calender I have that shows useful tips daily, and today I want to share an advice about Green tea with you.

It is known that Green tea is able to increase your metabolism, to burn fat and calories in a natural and gentle way. It seems that drinking Green tea during lunch or dinner reduces significantly the absorption of fat. For example, if you have red meat for lunch or cheese for dinner, take a glass of concentrated Green tea and you will absorbe less calories and you will eliminate up to the double of fat and more than 60% of cholesterol!

Ya mencioné una vez un calendario que me regaló una amiga y que tiene consejos útiles para cada día. Pues hoy, quiero compartir con ustedes lo siguiente: Té verde.

El té verde es conocido por su capacidad de aumentar el metabolismo, quemar grasas y calorías de manera natural y suave. Parece ser que al beber té verde a la hora de comer, eso reduce de forma considerable la absorción de grasa. Por ejemplo, si al comer carne roja o queso te bebes un vaso de té verde concentrado, absorberás bastante menos calorías y ¡se eliminarán hasta el doble de cantidad de grasa y más que el 60% de colesterol!

Russian Salad in Spain?

Being in Spain or enjoying any Spanish restaurant, I'm sure that you also wondered why one of the most typical dishes is called "Ensaladilla rusa" = "Russian Salad"). So I searched in Wikipedia and I get the following answer: its name comes from a French Chef who worked in one of the most famous restaurants in Moscow (Restaurant Hermitage) during the 1860's. It is also known like "Olivier Salad" due to its creator: Lucien Olivier. How does it come to be a traditional dish in Spain? Who knows...
